Account Deletion Request for NeoPay app

If you would like to delete your account from NeoPay, please follow these steps:

1. Email support@neomana.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”

2. Include your registered email address or username

3. Ensure your account balance is $0.00 before requesting deletion

4. We will process your request within 30 business days

WHAT DATA WILL BE DELETED:

– Your login credentials and password

– Your device and app settings

– Your app usage data

WHAT DATA WILL BE RETAINED: (Legal Requirement): We are legally required to retain certain financial records for tax and regulatory compliance purposes:

– Transaction history (money loaded, purchases made, refunds)

– Account balance records

– Records related to fraud prevention and chargebacks

RETENTION PERIOD: Financial transaction records will be retained for 7 years from the date of account closure, as required by federal tax regulations. After this period, all retained data will be permanently deleted. IMPORTANT NOTES:

– Your account balance must be $0.00 before deletion

– All pending transactions must be completed

– If there are any open disputes or chargebacks, deletion may be delayed until resolved
